Vintage Axe Found Help me identify!

youtube short of axe
found this at my grandparents house they had an old wine cellar back in the day they found it. my grandma said they took it to a historical museum back in the 80s or 90s and they wanted them to donate it. any ideas what it was used for or how old any input will help!

Not an axe IMO... its a forging tool or the likes... of some sort... forged itself for a purpose at the very least.
No doubt its probably the only one made... again... for a purpose... to use for something or another...
in other words.

I agree with ARC, that is the first thing that comes to mind when I seen the video clip. Some sort of smithing tool
