What I first thought could be a button turned out to be an index button. Which I guess technically is a button? I didn’t know what those were until google. So I know it’s a hot water one, hence the H, but anyway to tell the age or maker?

PS. Found this steps away which helped tell me it wasn’t a button and the top to faucets. Much newer and aluminum or something light.
