Vintage Metal Found. Possibly German Eagle?

Found this old metal that looks like a German Eagle award. It's made of a light metal. It was found in German friend's estate. Interesting and vintage but doesn't seem valuable. Any insight is appreciated. Thx

Reminds me of a lady's brooch.(jewelry piece).

It looks to me like it says "Made in Taiwan" (and in English too).



I think this is just a junk costume jewellery adornment, an opinion reinforced by the presence of a cheap red stone and English text as you would find on stuff exported to countries speaking that language.
