Vintage shotshell base I.D. Please

I found a vintage shotshell base with my metal detector.
I cannot find any information on the manufacturer, or dates of production of this shell.
I'm hoping someome can help with this info.
The base is stamped "P. C. Co. 10G Prize"

I guess I post pictures the hard way but works every time. Below where your writing your post is a MANAGE ATTACHMENTS. Click on it. Then the next screen in top right will have green box with ADD FILES. Click it. Below that will appear CHOOSE FILE..Click that. At bottom of screen will be Files. Click it and your phone photo file will appear. Click photo. It will return to screen before and in the top right will be UPLOAD button. Click it. Then hit your back button and you will return to original post. That does sound difficult now that I wrote it out but its easy.
