Vintage wristwatch & Cufflinks

Got home last night from a trip to Utah and was able to do a little treasure hunting. This Swiss 23J Buler brand watch was 12 bucks and it only tic's a few seconds with a shake. The cufflinks were 4 bucks each. One set is enamel on sterling and the other black onyx were the same at 4 dollars. Both are of the art deco era I believe and should be worth more than what I gave.

That watch has such a great vintage dive look. I would probably wear it rather than sell it. Which movement is in there?

I found one online that shows the movement. It's a rather basic looking movement and yes it does have a classic look with the large luminous chapters similar to the early Rolex submariner dial with the triangle on top. Cleaned up and serviced it'll look pretty sharp I think.
