War nickel mint error (cud)?

At least I think it's called cud when a coin has lumps...

Anyway, I found this war nickel yesterday and after cleaning it found several lumps that look like mint errors. Tell me what you think - I find 'em but I'm not good at this kind of stuff.

Really kind of looks like damage. If not they would be die chips, not cuds. Cuds are die breaks on the rim.
