War Nickels Under Silver Price

Found this seller on eBay selling war nickels at $2.39 under the price of silver as of today (4/25/2011). Thought some of you might be interested.

weird... i posted this same guy up as he had some indian head pennies for $1 a piece! things came in the mail and turned ou great, so this seller IS reliable aswell. thanks for the heads up, i picked one up (: seems like his old numismatic grandfather kicked tthe bucket

The 9% Manganese in them makes them harder and more costly to refine for the 35% Silver. Plus, those added costs are for less Silver than a Silver Dime. Funny thing though, I bought 40 War Nickels at spot(about 2 months or so ago) for like $1.88 each. With Silver prices now that's a screaming deal.
