Found this at a site I found three war of 1812 buttons 1766 Hibernia half penny 1787 nj copper and quite a few 1817 and earlier large cents anyone know what type of buckle it is? Thanks I did electrolysis on it and I taped it lightly the corroded tooth fell apart but came out6F645DA4-3BDC-466E-AE64-F141AC12175E.webpC9622966-B3F3-4B3B-9B06-F42FDE017122.webp6982C274-2BB2-4A15-82C6-37AB06C334CC.webpA503D296-0371-4068-8C69-B64513150027.webp nice I think it may be a knee buckle but not sure it seems to fit

That shoe buckle with that style of central pin attachment would date to the very end of when shoe buckles were still in use. 1790s
