Was given a sealed box dated 2006??? 5 Silvers!

How does a 2006 box survive 5 years without being opened? Makes me wonder what else is in those vaults....

Nice results on that box but the date stamp isn't necessarily accurate. I've bought nickel boxes with a 2012 date stamp. Nice box though with 2 mercs among the other silvers.

This however, was a 100% authentic 2006 stamp, as the oldest coins in there (still uncirculated) were the shiny 2006's, nothing post-2006. I chuckled because they are just as shiny as the new 2011's that are being cranked out right now.

I seem to recall someone else getting a 2006 NF Strings box not too long ago. Seems they're rollin' them out.
