Today I found right on the ground a women's milan watch. They must have droped it because the battery is dead. Green Face. A crystal for the 12 o'clock place. Found some coins too.

My scaner was not working so I used the camera.
Do you think I should bother checking with anyone to see if someone reported it lost? What would you say. It looks to be cheep and not working because I think the battery died. What would you do or have done?
