This watch belongs to my uncle. He was wondering when this was made and what is the value of it. It is a "Pobeda" watch. The watch is only the timekeeping part, no chain left.

The writing looks russian. That's all I can tell so far.

Yes, it looks like a WW2 vintage Russian watch. Watching ebay, they generally don't command much.
