Anyone know how old this button is it was found at a old house and is very in very good condition

It is a generic Police uniform button. That specific backmark, saying "Waterbury Button Co. Conn" dates from the early-1900s to no later than 1943, when the company changed its name to Waterbury Companies (abbreviated as Cos).
