Hi...My brother found 1 attache case in the river almost 7yrs ago but till now, we don`t know how to process it and with whom to go to help us. Inside the box, there`s 4pcs of gold coins (eagle design), the green cards with amount, and some important documents. Anyone can give us any idea??

Why would it take 7 damn years to just open 1 case found in a river? What's there to process?
