On Saturday, got out with Lowbatts, Mayo, and Skates Ice for some park and construction hunting. Sunday, met up with Lowbatts, Skates, Watercolor, and, eventually, Mayo for woods hunting. Hit a schoolyard for some clad Sun. afternoon. Found the '52 Roosie right off the bat in the woods Sun. morning. I was actually glad we ended up getting rained out, as the skeeters were the worst I've ever seen; I ended up with bites all over my face and hands even though I had 3 kinds of repellent on!!! Totals for the weekend: '52 Roosie (silver #9 for the year), 3 wheats ('41, '45, '51D; not pictured), triangular whatzit, and a slightly mangled toy plane. 2 day clad totals: 35 quarters, 32 dimes, 4 clad Jefferson nickels, and 41 cents (35 copper and 6 zinc) for a grand total of $12.56. Pics below. Enjoy!! :)

WTG Paul geting silver right away as the skeeters got their red.
Have to do some roofing Monday and might get some detecting
in later in the day in the town of Winnebago

Congrats on the silver

I am soooo glad we didn't hunt that place today :P
Even with that cooling rain yesterday it was still pretty warm
with all the gear we carried around.

Not to mention the skeeters....I have bites all over my face and hands....I stopped counting at 17 :(

It was very cool seeing how fast you scored that shiny Paul.

The skeeters called, seems they miss you!
