WEEKEND REPORT: Forget Super Bowl, we had a Silver Bowl and a "Barber-Half-Time Show"

Hello Everyone,

What an action packed Silver-Bowl day! Our local club (The Relic Rangers) went out on Super Bowl Sunday for a quick morning hunt, and SCORED BIG TIME!

A 1907 Barber Half Dollar was recovered from a public sidewalk strip in a old nieghborhood and Justin (Down and Dirty) recovered a BUCKET LIST coin (SLQ) and a mint looking 1906 Barber Dime from a old house permission! It was 34 degrees with wind and mixed rain/snow here in Washington State, but that didnt stop us...

Our team also achieved a "Team Dime Trifecta" as well. Andrew (Dirty Bird) located a kids vintage sandbox, and scored bigtime on several old hand painted lead WW1 toy soldiars! Other finds included; a buffalo nickel, indian head pennies, silver vintage rings and old tokens.
Happy hunting! We are having a free giveaway too if interested in coins, civil war and gold and silver prospecting information... :occasion14:
