Weekly Water Hunt...Treasusure Surprise.

Got in a 5 hour hunt today...slow day with a few coins and junk earrings...Got a pair of sunglasses and thought they were cheapies...Checked them out on E Bay when I got home and got a nice surprise...Carrera Endurance...they sell for $110 new...used they go for around $60...they are in great shape because they were on top of the sand in waist deep water and I pushed them into the scoop with my foot...a little non gold treasure...good luck to everyone.

have found a couple pair that ran even higher in bucks,,,,but the scoop made them worthless to anyone.....

Some high end sunglass manufacturers will replace a damage lens or even the whole pair of glasses for free or just a few dollars.

Yeah, I put a pair of Ray Bans on E Bay last summer and they sold quick.

I must have 100 pairs of sunglasses, in a paper bag, somewhere around here, LOL.
Some, I was going to throw away last yr, the Mr sat in the shade at my last yard sale, cleaning them up, selling them for a dollar a pair. He made about $20 bucks.

Most I find are too big for my face. Last pair of Ray Bans I found, I gave to one of my beach g'friends, again, too big for me. Plus, I can't wear any sunglasses when tekkering, the earphones make them hurt my head and face.

I have had good luck working with Brighton, Ray Ban, Oakley, Maui Jim and Caribbean Sun as far as them providing new lenses or a completely new set of glasses, sometimes for free that I could wear, give to family/friends or sell...
