I try to pay as little as possible, just depends on size, $2 to $5 to $10.
I once paid around $25 for a 6 candle candleabra. It was bent and dented. Got around 3 ounces after a lot of work.

I think ARA in Dallas charges 6% and mails you check. You must be set up as a business.
The guy in Alabama charges differently because he trades junk silver for 999 silver rounds.
