I went back to the spot I went yesterday and I found two wheat pennies one unidentifiable and one 1918, a sterling ring, a half of a soldier, a beautiful big marble and my first nickel spill 2 1927 Buffalos (my first two readable buffs)and a 1905 V nickel, of course they we underneath a million roots. I definitely learn to always check, recheck and check again with all metal because that’s exactly how it went down. Good day today. Congrats on some very cool finds. Your soldier appears to be a home-cast WW1 doughboy, prone machine gunner. I can't find him in any of my references, sorry, but he was probably from the 1920's-30's. Happy Hunting, Sub 8-)

Hey subterranean I really appreciate that feedback. I appreciate when you guys broaden my horizon of knowledge and I love knowing how old something is LOL I appreciate it bud
