Went birding,never went birding before..

Started an early morning at the eagle nest site and fortunate to get a shot of both.



Lighting was perfect.









Gotta go back tomorrow and pick a mess of them..mmmm,GOOD.

Good shots Chris A couple ask me once if I was a Birder when I was out on a hike once. I guess I could be called one as I do enjoy watching them when I'm out in nature.

My wife and I keep a record of the birds we've seen in our yard....32 species in 8 years...
Does that make me a "birder"?
Maybe not...
I don't think I've ever taken a pic of a bird...your pics are great..

Wish I did have a camera yesterday, when I watched an eagle swoop down and catch him a squirrel... that was crazy. Poor little squirrel....happened over on Pine Island, FL... Lots of eagles there...

I would like my turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy. Nice shots. I saw a bunch of American Ospreys today. Not much else but bluebirds.
