So I went back to where we went sledding yesterday. Not a soul in site but me!

Found only 4 coins, 4 trash items, A nice cell phone was down about 5" under the hard pack. I hit the on button and it came on. Going to call one of the contacts and try to return it.
The helicopter must have fell out of our van as it is my daughters. It was sitting on a post.

Best find of the day! A men's Bulova watch with 10 diamonds. !!!!!!!! ABOUT 4" UNDER THE HARD PACK.
Found it on-line $375 retail. Look good on my wrist too.

Great score on the watch, Mike. People round these parts are either poor or smart enough to not bring nice things to the sledding hill. Ive yet to find anything other than clad and trash at the local runs.

nice watch! congrats

Excellent find on the watch, Mike. :icon_thumleft: Is it still running? Beautiful day to be out. :icon_sunny:

Fantastic score on the old Bulova Mike  all great finds indeed, I'm still using my Bulova that I found in a football field last summer, it was in the dirt a couple inches and I never expected it to work again but after I put a new battery in it and lubed it, it keeps awesome time, I had to buy a watchband for mine though.

Hey there Mike from Mi Congrats on a good bunch of finds. That's a good idea. We've got a cou[le of good sledding hills
near here. I think I will go and check them out and see what I can find in the snow. The next few days are supposed to
be pretty nice weather so it'll be a good time to go out.
Thanks for sharing your finds and happy hunting.

Just wondering, is your thumb covering up some damage to the watch face??

Nice watch Mike. If the cell phone is wet put it in a ziplock bag with rice and set it by a warm place. It will draw the moisture out of the inside.

The phone worked, and will be delivered back to the owner soon!
