My wife and I and my best friend James got invited up to the east coast to do some metal detecting with Jocelyn (Relic Recoverist) and The Hoover Boys.
I don't have the 200 gigs of footage edited yet but I thought I'd share this picture of all the trash the three of us dug while we were up there.

Further proof that youtube vids are no more than highlight reels.

As far as the vacation, hands down the best trip I've ever taken. Jocelyn, Kurt, Brad and Bob were awesome and I fell in love with the countryside up that way.

I'll be throwing the videos up on my channel in the coming days for those interested.

Not mine!

Are you going to keep any of our East Coast Trash,, ??lol.

Nice pile of trash, anything of value in there or are you going to donate it all to someone, like the dump for proper disposal? If so, Thanks! If you had a percentage of good finds of a third to that, not bad! Sounds like you got to do a bit of fun hunting with others, congrats!:icon_thumright:

That will effect gas mileage! Sounds like a great week. What states did you hunt

Looks like my typical three day pile up

We are going to go through all of it carefully before taking it to the scrap yard.

But yeah, it was a great time. I dug at least 6 bucketlisters.

You gotta dig it all to find it all. Many of my best finds were very iffy signals. My best buckle and my biggest gold ring were both terrible signals.

Holy Sh@& !!! Nice job!!

Now, that is quite amazing! I probably couldn't get that amount of trash from my current sites in 4 months!

It went by way to fast. Had a blast with my little time with you Zach!

Wheres the rest of it? lol

3 people x 7 days, seems normal to me. Depending on the hours per day, I might expect a bit more to be honest.

However, it does show me you had the right approach & your keeper rate should reflect that. CONGRATS

With that pile of trash there should be a few keepers and silver in there. You gotta dig it all though.

It is nice to see that side of the hunt. I have seen a few of these recordings already from your U-Tube channel as well as Jocelyn's and THB. That is better than prime time TV. I was amazed at the keepers. This type of vacation is definitely on my bucket list.

I saw a few recent posts with your finds from PA. So like m the others said- Where's da keepers?!?!
