What a day Todd & myself had Sunday! one site turned into 5 cellar holes.loads of 1700's relics & coins*6 coppers*3 shoe buckle frames and 2 of the most beautiful colonial buttons I have dug.the silver gilted cut out button has to be my fave designed colonial button I have found yet.the silver is stunning on it.
2 of the coppers are pretty toasted. KGII & the CT copper.
Todd did great too.his finds are to the left in group picture.he dug his 6th GW button but it's rolled up like a taco/burrito.I told him about Leonard Short and his restoration, hopefully he can send it to him and bring it back to its original glory

That's a great site. Like the hunts that produce great finds and a variety of them.

Now that is an awesome hunt. Hard to even put into words how awesome I think those old Colonial coppers and relics are. Congrats.

Gotta love those hunts. Very nice indeed. That era of relics and coins are what I look for. I used to be strictly civil war minded but that old timey stuff just takes me back. Great saves!
