The first one is probably PMD, though that line going into Lincoln's head on the obverse makes me at least have to ask.

The second one has some interesting qualities. It has part of "United" from the reverse of a cent punched into the top of the obverse. I know something similar to this has been ruled as PMD before on here, but it raised a red flag for me because it looked like it happened twice or maybe even three times, and because of that portion of the rim which meanders into the field of the coin.

Both damaged. Likely hammers or vices or something of that sort involved.
 

I also can think of ways that these could be altered - I too concur with PMD .
