What could this be in the rock crevice?

While walking on the gravel bars I found this conglomerate rock which is really busy for a conglomerate with so many different rocks & minerals.
While looking through the micro scope I noticed what looks like a tiny cacoon attached to one of the crevices. The shell looks transparent and
inside something with 2 bunch of tentacles with 3 - 4 tentacles in each bunch. Rock is well rounded which indicates water worn and traveled.

Not sure what this is, some sort of under water bug etc? Any ideas ?? Pictures are as good as I could get due to the different surfaces it was hard
to get a sharp picture...

Creepy, alien looking things. Got nothing for scale in your pics. Black fly pupae?

It looks close to the black fly pupae but just a tab bit different...It is very tiny and hard to scale....

Kind of looks like a dead germinated seed of some kind maybe if not a pupa like Kray said.
