I would not suspect an arrowhead. Can you post a photo of the other side? Is it metal? Stone? Composite? Tell us what you can. Where did you buy it? Thanks!
 
Leaf pin /brooch / etc... but from the picture and partly visible fitting i am leaning towards woman's belt buckle... err or half of one.

Arrowhead it is not.
