✅ SOLVED What Could This Ornament Piece Be?

I found this piece hunting a field a few days ago from the late 1800's. It appears to have signs of ferrous metal on its flat base parts which I suggest may be a sign of the piece being stuck to something. Which therefore makes it some kind of decoration that may've been stuck to some furniture. It's made of a copper-alloy and is as big as a handle could be. Here are some pictures:

I can't tell if it has been bent into that shape, but it reminds me of a tea pot handle.

Yup, I would bet on it being off a brass lamp or chandelier.
