No. Not strike-a-lights (Terminal Archaic, as I recall). If so, at least one edge of each would be battered and blunted by being struck with iron pyrites to produce sparks. The few I'm familiar with had Susuehanna Broadpoint-type notches, were of chert and/or South Mountain metarhyolite) and were hafted like scrapers made on points were in Early Woodland (referencing east central Pennsylvania) (West Bank Backwater Archaic sites).

They look like the correct size/shape, but Overstreet says, "The striking edge usually shows extreme wear."
