What do you guys think?

Hey everyone. I don't know what to think of this thing. It's heavy for it's size, black, and completely covered with LOTS of shiny metal, but.......
It isn't very magnetic, and it's not very smooth.
Anyone have any ideas?

It doesn't look like a meteorite. It's closer to slag.
