is it a ring? Try multi angle pics. And what is it made of? At this point I'm gonna say no. Throw it away, preferably on a beach near me. Then I'll let you know... More pics, different angles.

It looks like copper. It is broken. One side shows HONG engraved in the side. I was thinking the other side may have said KONG. It looks kind of evil. Almost put it back.
