I found these two dimes next to a couple of wheat pennies. Were they burned? Are they silver?

They may have been burnt, and I see no copper at all on the edge, could be silver Roosevelt's from 1945 to 1964.

They look burned to me. They also look to be made of silver.

They look like silver dimes to me. What condition were the wheats in that were found close? Silver is silver, grats!

The wheats have a hard flakey look to them. My first thoughts were burnt silver dimes, I just didn’t know what a melted silver coin would look like. Thanks for the replies.
