ok guys look at this , can anyone explain a necklace/pendant in my coin... i have seen it all now,, is that a diamond?

All I see is a corroded zinc Memorial with an interesting inclusion.
Most likely just a chemical reaction to the metal from the soil in your part of the country.

I've seen coins where jewelers have set gemstones in coins. Once you break the copper plate on a zincoln it will oxidize and or corrode.

Looks like a mint error to me. I think someone accidentally left a rare stone near the mint die and BAM....Mint Error - Rare Stone
