Well, maybe.

A year or so ago, I bought a bowl full of Anasazi pottery shards that I was told were collected in the early 1970s in either AZ or NM, I forget which (think it was AZ)... with the shards were these two not-shards, which I initially ignored, but now am wondering, after having read many related posts, if one or both of these is some sort of scraper?

Or just a case of a rock frag that maybe looks like something but really is not?

The one that looks like the Eye of Sauron fits nicely between my thumb and curled pointer, as a scraper might?

But I know nothing about Native American tools, so any suggestions would be appreciated!

The larger and darker piece appears to be what I would call fire cracked rock, and the smaller piece looks like a large flake removed from a larger core, but that was not worked any further. JMO

They look like natural broken rocks to me.
