What is it? Canvas and Leather strap

[patack1101]

Hi,

This has me stumped. Looks like they are used for hoisting, lifting, rigging, or ?
Animal hoist?

About 4-5" wide canvas with heavy duty leather on both ends.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

vintage industrial heavy duty cotton webbing and leather straps (I think this better describes what I have, but still want to know what this is for)

That is one of the belts off of one of those hip shaker vibration machines they used to have.
