I'll back you on the corkscrew thing until someone proves you wrong - then, I'm jumping on board with them! ;)

But, don't cork screws have a bit more radical screw thing?

corkscrew is my guess, but to be quite honest i never need a corkscrew. I love to drink the ole' boonesfarm when I am out goofin off. Mary ann I save the corkscrew when i drink the Dom Perignon or if I feel like be the big spender i will break it out for Christal Champagne. Cham pag ne sounds like Ba log nie LOL love the bologna and champagne

that is a champagne tap .they are screwed into the cork on a bottle of champagne.

Hey wireless, know how you can tell good wine from cheap wine? Good wine has 3 screws on the screw off lid instead of two but it does sometimes come in a box! That's what I know about wine! M :D nty

If you carefully screw it into an inflated balloon you can gradually let the air out.
