What is nitro?

I assume when people talk about nitro they are talking about a diamond simulant but in researching diamond simulants I see no reference to nitro anything. What is nitro?

I think max refered to it in his posts about rings he found.

I think a Nitro piece of jewelry is when you find a nice gold ring with a big diamond in it, only to be a cz. When you first find it, it give's you a heart attack and you need a nitro pill for your heart.

I have that problem at the Florida beaches here some times, only its not from finding a fake diamond, seems to happen more when certain women in bikinis walk by, not all the time but sometimes.

when u look into the scoop and find big knock out diamond ring your heart skips a few beats and u take several nitros depending on stone size..............same for bikinis,but it is the smaller ones you must take more nitros for - one has to take to compensate for each size
