Went hunting the beach yesterday and got a 1965 quarter and and 1971 quarter with two newer ones a few dimes and a Bold steel ring , most were found under a play ground ... Where is the best place to hunt ?? low tide in the waterline ? Below the cliff sand build up ? or just the flat sandy areas ?

If you are hunting with a Coin Master (single-frequency VLF) try gridding the "Towel Line." This is the High Tide mark, inland 25-yards (where folks lay their towels and blankets). The wet sand and water holds more jewelry, but with your machine you will get less depth and falsing in the wet sand. Good Luck!
