What is the best Gold frequency ???

Hello folks
Kindly asking what is the best gold frequency to use when surveying with mfd,which can be suitable to avoid things like target reflection or ghost signal...or what instrument can i use to cancel ghost signals ,in some area i have been using different frequencies and shows different signal location,am confused where to dig..am using frequency generator and L-rods

I've used low stuff, for my area it is around 40.8 but remember the first ones to go are the lowest. I've seen old locators used 612, seems like I massaged that up some think it was 617.

What should i do to avoid signal drift/reflection...does low frequency enough to solve the problem
