I found this the other day didn't know why it has 1960-1985 stamped on to it any info on it would be much appreciated

I would venture to guess it is a United States half dollar, also known as a 50-cent piece, redeemable for 2 quarters... 5 dimes... 10 nickels... 50 pennies(or a roll of pennies)... 2 nickels, 1 dime, 1 quarter and 5 pennies, etc... hope that helps.

You'll see them around- nothing special
 
I would suggest to look at older posts asking, "what is this." I am sure you will find someone just last week, the week before at the longest, asking about the same exact thing.

No, that is a CSOA. lol

COA = Certificate of Authenticity

CSOA = Collector's Society of America

Hilarious, but I'm sure they suckered quite a few people, like those USA Today ads we still see today.
 
I know what a COA is Rocky. I was making a joke that they had CSOA in big bold letters at the top of the page.
