I'm not the 'glass' person, but I'll go out on a limb and say it is cobalt blue, pressed glass, circa 1920's-30s. It's a beautiful piece.

Down in the "artifacts" sub forum is "glass and bottles" forum. If you post the pics and a thread there, them guys will probably know exactly who made it, what year, where, and what the makers dog was named. LOL.
