since the swirls dont cover the entire marble and those little hooks on the swirls id have to say cario novelty ...made in cario west virginia...they made em there from 46-52 when a flood washed out the operations...value not much maybe couple bucks...lesser know company...you would be safe simply callin that one a west virginia swirl...still a nice marble
