What kind of rock is this?

I post this rock again with another question. What kind of rock is this and what is it made of?

From the fracturing, I would say it's microcrystalline quartz and in the territory of chert or chalcedony. Chert nodules formed by silica replacement in limestone frequently have those kinds of voids and cavities representing ichnofossil burrows and feeding traces made by marine organisms in the original sediments.
