🔎 UNIDENTIFIED What kind of spoon?

Hi guys, having trouble with this spoon I found. Someone told me it was a Mappin & Webb, but it doesn't match the "Empress" line they put out, not does it say M & W on it anywhere. Don't care what is worth, etc, just try to found out who made it and when. Thanks for looking!

Most of these appeared to have been made from the 1940's-1970's. My mom inherited my great aunts and bought a state focused cheap set in the 80's maybe from Fingerhut?
