What next?

I keep hunting and seem to only find flint flakes. I keep them so I won’t find them twice.
I decided to try to do something other than store them in coffee cans.

Here’s a work in-progress. Intended to be a coaster with orange-tinted grout.
I still need to clean it better and seal the grout. It look “hilly” but cups/glasses sit on it nicely. Something to do this winter? 🤞

Cool idea. I have a friend that fills clear lamp bases with broken artifacts.

Good idea. Try using resin in a coaster mold. The top will be flat.

I thought about doing that with all my foreign coins and give them as gifts to friends from those countries.

My local watering holes bar top is covered with Nickols and over layered with clear epoxy. Looks real nice !

Cool idea. I thought about doing that with pieces of glass I see at historic sites, the purples, greens, etc. And don't feel like the Lone Ranger, cause this is all I came up with Wednesday.

That’s a really helpful suggestion! I’ve been looking for a way to get a smooth, even surface, so using resin in a coaster mold sounds perfect. I’ll give it a try—thanks for the tip!
