Would love to see the pics when you get it open. It would be nice if at least the dial survived? You see that it is missing its bow that I would have been chained up with. Probably how it got lost. The bow might be near the place where you found the watch. Please post more pics!

I love finding pocket watches. I just found one a couple weeks ago.
They're such a tease. they look great coming out of the ground but are never salvageable.
