What to do?

What do you do when you find out competition at the same bank? I just got a couple boxes from a new bank and yes they also have 4 boxes there that were ordered by someone else. I want to get those boxes so badly. I had some decent results from the 2 boxes I got so I'm guessing there will be keepers in those 4 boxes. I want at those boxes so bad it's killing me. The competition is just too much now a days. I wish I could just give them my dumps and they can just swap boxes. The big question is how can I convince the tellers to do that? I just started ordering halves at this bank although I've been there before to pickup pennies so they've seen me before.

Man, I feel like this addiction is just getting the best of me. It's like a disease. I have a hunger for the silver that can never be satisfied. Every so often, one might get a good box but it's never good enough. You go hungry again in hours. AARRGH THE HUNGERRR!!! LOL

5) Competiton
4) The wise old man educating the tellers that you are searching for silver
3) People who demand you have an account in order to exchange
2) Managers saying you cant dump or even exchange from teller trays
1) TELLERS WHO PICK SILVER OUT RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU AND TRY AND GIVE YOU THEIR JUNK REJECTS.....

Well at least # 3 can be rectified.
#2 you need to find out if the competition is regular or occasional. Dont forget some peeps [most often tellers] dont know about the 40%ers and any dump may have silver usually from another customer.

You never know, your competition may be really short-lived. Have heart. He/she may give it a go for a short while and just give up--like many, many do. Chances are who ever is your competition won't be around in a few months (or weeks). This is somewhat of a highly dedicated, die-hard club.

Very True.. My main competition is probably just other members of this board.. LOL

You definitely have to be dedicated to win at this hobby. It's definitely not a get rich-quick scheme.

well, you wouldn't want the bank giving your boxes to someone else would you?? What if the bank did the exact same thing for your competitor with your boxes, and you got all of his dumps. You probably wouldn't want that to happen. I'm not tryin to be a downer, and I know exactly how you feel. Your best bet is to just go in and ask if they have any halves, and see if maybe the other guy didn't buy all of those boxes. I've had tellers offer me other people's boxes before, because they didn't pick them up and the bank wanted them off their hands. I wish you luck either way.
