S mintmark - proofs are the only halves minted in SF. (Exception - Franklins were minted in Philly - no mint mark) Mirror-like backgrounds and frosty features. They are hard to miss if they aren't scuffed up bad.

The 64 proof was minted in Philly as well. I posted one I found early this year I think.
After looking up the post it was late last year. I didn't list it in my keepers as a proof but the picture clearly shows it was a proof.

When you open your rolls and scan the edges for silver, also be on the lookout for ones that are wider and more squared off than the rest. Proofs are struck several times, resulting in more squared off rims.
