What would you grade this Large Cent - Opinions wanted

Just curious. I am going to get it slabbed. Part of a collection my father left me.

Thanks guys. That is where I saw it also. I think its a Sheldon 41 Variety which is supposedly rated scarce? I going from the specific die crack on the rear.

Wow nice coin...lots of detail on this one....I'd expect a coin this old to be very worn. It does have a very uneven texture like it was buried or left exposed to the elements for a period of time. It should rate as a "fine" or just a point or two below that because of the texture. Good luck!
