What's going on with the nickels?
It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the obverse and reverse of the 2011 are nearly smooth except for except for the writing around the rims. The obverse of the 2002 is normal, but the reverse is smooth. Enough so on both reverses that I can't even feel the Monticello using my fingernail. Just wondering if it's a mint error or post mint.
