What's in your collection?

Hi, I would just like to ask, what is in your fossil collection? Be it teeth, bones, casts, coprolites, whatever!
As long as it is a fossil, post it here!

I keep mostly teeth, and occasionally a cool bone or vert whenever I find one. Also, I have shells, megs, casts, and other goodies!

My collection is mostly from paleocene-miocene, because I'm in MD/VA area.

I'll start with mine (or part of it, depending on how much I can fit on a few posts):

First, the boney and the shell-y stuff!

Next the toothy stuff!

And now the rest of my toothies!
I have had estimates (mine and others, including Dr. Lauck Ward) that I have ~25,000 teeth!

Sorry, post went weird when I tried to edit it. You've seen mine, lets see yours!!!

Here in Texas I mostly find muscle like fossils(not sure what their really called),and their usually about the size of a baseball, but some are as big as a basketball.

My collection. Mostly from Florida and south Ga.

Stoked! Just wish I didn't spend as much time figuring out the place all over again my regular area has changed alot.
Did pretty good with no canoe or kayak.. Got a bison tooth a couple alligator teeth.. What looks like a feline tooth.. And several other fossils.. Including a bag full of smaller shark teeth .. I left behind a mountain of turtle shell and broken ones at the site

I have a tiny collection. About 150 shark and ray teeth from Calvert Cliffs, MD and the Potomac river in VA. Also a few very choice trilobites from NY and PA and several dinosaur tracks. That's about it.

....how about this? Just kidding of course, couldn't help myself....sorry ;) age-dinosaur-bones-1.webp

I agree... anything like that or segmented compartments.
I use a lot of the segmented boxes that stack inside of soft tackle boxes

I love your collections! Nice finds everyone! I'm only able to go hunting twice a year, as I'm not old enough to drive, but I love hunting! My best would have to be a ~3" meg with beautiful coloring and a nearly perfect bourlette! Shame it has a tip ding!

I like the earbone, that coulld be the biggest I've ever seen!

Who has the biggest meg? It's unlikely that I do, my biggest being only 2 7/8 inches (my ~3" one, I say this to make it sound bigger!).

Lets see some photos

Nice teefers for a pissed off looking porpoise.
Just had to add something different to "shark week" Treasurenet style.

Sadly, I still don't have a specific genus.

Any takers?
