Hmmm, I don't do mm, but I think the pendant is slightly smaller than a US dime. I know you have a US quarter, do you have a dime as well? LOL It could be the end piece for their coin strings. That's a wild guess.

What is the size of the buckle?

The reason I thought I'd like to see the charactor is that they are easily researchable for the coins, and thought I could get a close guess... because it may be a old token, charm, pendant, or the like.

That's just plain tough to see...

For some reason, the buckle looks like something that was clipped on shoes, like shoe buckles. Can't say if that is what you have, but that is what it reminds me of.

As for the other object, the pendant...hmmm? Was it something that hung from something, like a window shade pull?

Just some things that were running through my mind when I saw your pics.
